but after 13 years of retouching photos, (almost ten of those years for Playboy)
and over 15 years working in the graphic arts, publishing and media industries,

I have a chili spice mix I'm pretty proud of which I've adapted as a darn tasty dry rub for ribs,
and I've mastered the art of making authentic Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza.
I also dabble in food photography, baking pies, cookies, and bread.
As you can see, I have a great passion and skill for cooking,
